A quick update.... at the annual meeting a few weeks ago a new HOA Board was elected. We posted the mtg notes in mtg notes section of the site, we've also updated the Board members names, titles and dates.
There has been a lot of confusion around what type of work does and does not require an ACC form. Feel free to stop by a board members home or shoot us an email and we can let you know if a form is needed or not. Not ALL types of work require one.
