Before starting any modification or change to the exterior of your home or yard i.e. fences, landscaping, sidewalks, patios, sheds, etc, you must submit and Architectural Change/Modification Request (an ACC Application) per the CC&Rs for our community.
PLAN AHEAD! Please submit your applications at least 30 days before you want to start work. Simply download, complete and sign your application form, mark your projects on your site plan and forward them with any supporting information i.e. example pictures, colors. Your completed application should be sent to the management office by mail or email to our community manager [email protected]
